It is considered a signature hot pot restaurant in Zhenjiang. There are 28 Lao Tu Goose Intestine Hot Pot restaurants in Zhenjiang alone. This shows the local love for Lao Tu Goose Intestine Hot Pot. I haven&#39;t eaten there for a long time, but the taste is still as good as before.

I ordered the local specialty barbel last night and hurried back to Zhenjiang Hyatt. Many years ago in Mudu, I tasted the barbeque lung soup that Yu Youren praised highly during the Republic of China, and I still can&#39;t forget its deliciousness. The evening barbel was specially ordered to be cooked in white sauce and covered with a few thin slices of barbel lungs. I tasted it eagerly. The lungs are tender, the skin is glutinous, and the soup is thick, extremely delicious and worth the price. The simple nest of bamboo shoots looks like jasper and emerald. My favorite is passion fruit and lilies dipped in orange juice. They are like pagodas and custard apples. I love them so much that I can&rsquo;t bear to get my hands on them. No.4 of Local Restaurants in Zhenjiang

It is located in the center of Zhenjiang, on the 7th floor of Yaohan Shopping Mall. Maybe there were too many recommendations, so the expectations were too high. After eating here, I felt it was just average, not amazing. On the contrary, I thought this scallion pancake was very delicious, with crispy and rich layers of skin, and good seasoning. The child ate two by himself.

Located in Zhenjiang, the hotel front desk staff recommended a pot-lid noodle restaurant that is loved by locals. It opens early at 5 o&#39;clock. The shop is relatively simple, and there are already a few customers coming in early. Accompanied by the rumbling exhaust fan, the steaming braised beef pot-lid noodles were quickly served, accompanied by braised pork and shredded ginger.
