For authentic German food. We loved this place (although it did look a little gritty with lots of broken glass and debris). My husband ordered a large plate of sausage with sauerkraut. I ordered chicken steak and a bowl of sauerkraut. We shared an apple strudel. We also ordered 4 different ciders. Service was great and it was full of locals. We were the only &quot;foreigners&quot; here. They have an English menu which was a big help. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We had fantastic experience today! They had our reservation and we were greeted to our seat. They are also very friendly when they realized German is not my first language. They switched to adapt immediately. Food and soup were excellent! We really enjoyed the lunch menu and will come back again!

lovely laid out restaurant with attentive staff and an excellent menu. food was gorgeous and flavourful! definitely give it a try!

We came here for lunch while we waited for our rental to be ready. The food was good, the setting pretty and our waitress was really helpful with husband&rsquo;s German.
