The whole meal was finished, the scenery outside the window was beautiful, the guests at each table were handsome men and beautiful women, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was full of the feeling of a Mediterranean vacation in southern France.
When you make a reservation, you must choose what menu you want to eat. I chose the inspiration menu. Seasonal dishes and seasonal ingredients. A lot of citrus fruits (Mediterranean), tomatoes, and seafood are used. It is very summery and refreshing.
Although fusion (the French cooking method we are familiar with) or "New Nordic", the sauce is very particular and is indeed crucial (it is really the soul of French cuisine!)
