Eulji Observatory

Gangwon Road has a unique region in the world, the DMZ demilitarized zone. The abbreviation of DMZ means unarmed zone. This refers to the two Koreas in their territory, 38 degrees north latitude, each two kilometers back and draw a military buffer zone. DMZ is the dividing line between South Korea's territory into the north and south, marking the existence of the dividing line that has caused suffering to the people due to war and division. At the Duluoshan Observatory, you can see the Korean city of Kaesong, the Freedom Bridge was the place where the two Koreas returned their prisoners, and the iron fence at one end of the bridge was covered with ribbons, and people wrote on it a good wish for reunification. The Labour Party House, the 2nd, 3rd tunnel, the B-branch, the 3rd and 8th line observation deck and the DMZ museum are the key points of visit.

Very close to the border with North Korea, the scenery is good, very suitable for taking pictures of concave shapes.

The observatory is one of the most fierce battlegrounds in the war, and is now located in the front of the security tourist attraction. On the Yizhi observatory, you can see the soldiers on duty at the North Korean post, and you can overlook the Pelu Peak of Mount Kuang in good weather.
