We are very impressed by Winit&#39;s new restaurant where the Albisgarten used to reside. What used to be an old, dusty Beiz has been transformed into a Thai buddha garden out back and a beautifully decorated, modern dining room in the front. We had a wonderfully spicy green papaya salad with a real kick, but with a very subtle sweet note and 2 great curries. We will be returning often! It&#39;s in our neighborhood, but it&#39;s worth a trip to Wollishofen to check out as we have been to many Thai restaurants in Zurich including The White Elephant and Ah-hua being our favorites, and this is right up there with them!

We went shopping at the nearby department store and found this treasure restaurant. The area is not very large, but there is really a hole in it, and they feel very happy and comfortable.

My office is just a few steps away from this little Italian gem. When I passed by the first couple times, I noticed that the decor was rather plain but still, during lunch time it was quite crowded. Therefore, I decided to check it out and since then, I&rsquo;m hooked. For lunch time they have 2 main menus at a very fair prices, which include salad and coffee. The food is always delicious and plentiful. Fresh pasta every day. Fresh Lasagna on Friday. Today it was a delicious Ossobuco with Polenta, which was probably the best I ever had anywhere. For dinner they offer pasta, pizza and meat dishes. If you are in Zurich for a visit or live here, I can only recommend this small restaurant to you. You will not be disappointed and you will get to taste some of the best food that Zurich has to offer. All this at a very fair price. You cannot go wrong. Buon appetito!
