The park was built in 1983, and what is very worth admiring is the water wall. It's a 64-foot semicircular building fountain that circulates 11,000 gallons of water per minute as it flows down the building's interior and exterior walls. Stand under the fountain and watch the huge fountain gushing down, like a big waterfall.
