Kirov's Park

Irkutsk (Иркутск) is the capital of the Russian Irkutsk state, with a history of more than 300 years, is Siberia's largest industrial city, transportation and business hub, and is the second largest city in East and West Siberia. Irkutsk is located at the southern end of Baikal, the nearest city to Baikal, the intersection of the Angara and Irkutsk rivers, with a population of about 800,000.
