The Kitakyushu Municipal International Friendship Memorial Library is located in Moji Port. It was an international friendship memorial library built by imperial Russia during the Showa Period to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the establishment of a sister city between Dalian and Moji Port. The building of the library completely imitates the meeting site of the steamboat company built in Russia on the East Qing Railway. The exterior of the building is tan and white, which is unique and eye-catching. The first floor of the library is a restaurant, the second floor is a library that collects East Asian literature, and the third floor is a material exhibition hall.
