The Langkang Koma Lake Historical Association aims to preserve the rich history of the Langkang Koma Lake District. The building where the museum sits was previously a free library, and the building was originally opened in 1916 and is now a museum. Since the 1976 Historical Society was founded, a collection of historical artifacts and photographs has been made. The Historical Society offers some tours in the museum. The museum is a bit strange that regular hours are only open on Saturdays, and the rest of the time has to be reserved first. The museum's exhibits are all about local information, and if you are interested in nearby history, you can visit it. It is worth mentioning that Lake Langkonkoma is quite big and the nearby scenery is not bad.
