The location is strategically important at the entrance of the town on the main road leading up to the Rhone Valley. Fortifications have been built here since the 15th century. Highlights: St. Morris Abbey in Valais was built 1,500 years ago, once a pilgrimage site of the Burgundy Empire, and now has a rich church treasure in Europe. Most recommended: the last picture has a small church on the cliff, the scenery is very beautiful!
