It was too curious whether the name of the thunderous squash was worthy of the name, so I still found a day to go to the city to watch the game and ran over to eat. A look at the menu, lean, more expensive than the century-old store St. Elmo next door. I made a table to calculate it, not knowing, one count. . . know. The sunflower is more expensive than the monk's love to touch, especially the New York ribs, which cost nearly 1 yuan per ounce. More importantly, first. st. Elmo ordered meat automatically with side dishes, and the sage is a piece of light meat, nothing; second, the meat of the st. Elmo is 42 days dry cooked beef, at least 40% of the loss rate, and the sage is ordinary "wet cooked" just, fart is not. So the difference between the two is actually very big. And there are fewer choices of sunflower meat, not as comprehensive and professional as st. Elmo. So, is the price of sunflower worth it? Ordered a small Philly with shrimp package, and then waited until the answer was uncovered. Caesar salad, this thing to be unpalatable and difficult. Things still a little reckless, but no dried bacon was found. Meat is coming. 6 ounces is enough, but fortunately not 11 ounces, eat a shovel. The butter is very strong, like a M steakhouse in Chengdu, the traditional French meal is left behind. The meat shows a soft and loose all over the outside, and the shell shows no signs of toughness and no smell of roasting. The essence of the meat is very good, soft and juicy, but the aroma concentration is not as good as St. Elmo, the fresh taste is also worse, and it must not be cooked dry. I chatted with the manager and confirmed two points: First, the whole meat is the raw meat directly into the high-pressure oven after the code is good. This oven can achieve juice-sealing results, but the unfried Merad reaction aroma or carbon stew flavors are a very important catalyst for beef performance. Second, I honestly told me that the meat was "wet cooked in 12 to 20 days". You just say "it's the cow killed, frozen, shipped over, and then thaw" and it's over, you have to install a "wet cooked" term to open up migrant workers. So, the meat quality of the sunflower is not bad, but there is no sincerity and little intention, which is very disappointing. Compared with the St. Elmo monk next door, the stuff of the sage is one level worse and the price is one level higher. Referenced to their Shanghai store about 1,000 yuan per person, I think the sage is not worth eating at all. Let me make it clear: the sunflower stuff is not bad, but compared with St. Elmo, it is a cold and ruthless steak assembly line machine, without any warmth, people eat low mood. Plus per capita, huh, huh. And this store is not as good as Chengdu's Weisikuai, although Chengdu Weisikuai also made some serious mistakes. Empty to make up for Chengdu Weisikuai's comments.
