Masdar City Review

One of the gathering areas of locals in Abu Dhabi, Masdar City, the buildings here are not that kind of high-end community, all ordinary people live here, you can feel the atmosphere of life here, many foreign workers are also renting houses here.

Masdar City is a long way from the center of Abu Dhabi but we thought it was worth the trip. The buildings showcased all the ways we live in harmony with the environment and the driverless buses here are fun. It’s nice to see a lot of electric bikes and electric motorcycles, hydropower stations and “green” restaurants, so wherever we are, we should live in harmony with nature and live green. We came here after redevelopment of Masdar City and it was a great experience for the whole family to come here together. The city is well planned with a research center and corresponding buildings such as dormitories. The whole city uses renewable energy. You can't drive into the city, park your car outside and take the electric car here into the city.

Masdar City is a very good city view. This area that I saw later covers a large area and there are several good museums nearby to enjoy. The night view is beautiful, you can come here at night to see the night.

Masdar City, which was prepared for the UAE World Expo, is known as a green Utopia in the desert. Its architecture is novel and most of it is made of environmental protection materials. The self-circulating wind tower in the center is a major feature. The breathing solar energy building is the same as the famous pineapple building. Because it is still in the construction period, it feels a little dusty on the site. It is estimated that it will be very good after completion.
