Perito Moreno Glacier Review

Spectacular one-of-a-kind glacier that can see from a close distance (~200m) from the well constructed and well maintained balcony and walkways with wheelchair accessibility. Better yet, there are informative boards along the walkway that allow visitors understand more about the magnificent glacier and its surroundings. Good job Argentina!

Argentina Glacier National Park is located in southern Argentina, with 47 glaciers originating in the Patagonia ice sheet. Argentina was listed as a national park in 1945 and was included in the United Nations World Heritage Site in 1981.

Traveling to Argentina, South America, to the southernmost end of the world to visit the Moreno glacier is an indispensable attraction. Moreno glacier is one of the few glaciers in the world that is still moving, and it slowly approaches the mainland at a speed of tens of meters per year. The sight of the glaciers crumbling and the magnificent glaciers pouring into the sea is a privilege to hear the "swirling, rumbling" glaciers. The strange cloudy sky of South America is also a highlight.

从埃尔卡拉法特前往活动冰川——莫雷诺。早上8点，巴士到宾馆接我们去景点，8点半，45座的车上坐得满满当当；一路上，导游展开地图，细致地介绍了冰川的成因、现状，并告诉了我们一些发生在这里的历史事件。100多年前，数百名德国、西班牙、意大利人到此寻找发展机会，创业，但成功者廖廖。他指着窗外的几栋小木屋说，这是其中的3位成功者，他们在此定居造的别墅，度假用的。不知不觉间，近两个小时过去了，我们抵近莫雷诺。先是坐游艇从湖上反复浏览，再坐接驳车从山上沿栈道逐步远察近观。大约每隔15分钟，就会传来融化的大冰块崩裂入水的声音，似国人过年放鞭炮，炸裂声十分震撼；如此，冰川每年向南推进着……

RP不错，遇上艳阳天。莫雷诺冰川观赏性极强，又是非高原地区，游客可以沿栈道近距离观赏蓝色的冰川，也可以乘游船观赏。比新疆、西藏的冰川漂亮多了，上图为证。
