The best museum I’ve ever visited. The museum presents the history of Sweden from the 1000s to the 2000s with a huge number of exhibits and detailed explanations. This is also a good place for those interested in Sami culture. The free audio guides are very high quality and enjoyable. Using them makes the viewing experience ten times more interesting.

The museum was amazing. My absolute favorite was the Time vault which is a part of the museum dedicated to the history of children, if you have time definitely visit it as well. The museum is really big and if you want to visit everything you need at least three hours. It has a lot of activities for kids too.

The Nordic Museum is located near the bridge leading to the Nordic in the east of the Yueden district of Stockholm. It is a true representation of the work and life of Swedes since modern times.
