Havana's Arms Square is the city's oldest square, and the colonial Governor's Mansion is just above it, which was once the center of Havana more than 300 years ago, and is very bustling. The white statue in the square is a statue of Carlos, the father of Cuba, the love and respect of the Cuban people.
