老张位于永康街，在牛肉面名店中，就知名度来说和附近的永康牛肉面不相上下，都是香港和中国游客的口袋名单。但以我个人来说，老张的口味大胜永康。老张用的面条是属于稍细的圆面，在充分吸附汤汁状况下，还可以保持口感，店内的牛肉面有清炖、红烧和番茄三种汤底。除了牛肉面外，还有各式汤底的排骨面和蹄花面可以选择，除此之外，店内招牌的粉蒸肥肠和粉蒸排骨更是非常值得一试。

这里的ubitquitous牛肉面条是有三种口味的，原始的牛肉高汤味,番茄口味的,或辛辣的口味。所有的口味都很好吃，这里的牛肉都很柔软可口。这里的牛肉用的肉都有剃掉牛肌腱的部分，都是很棒的凝胶状的，很好嚼。这里的蒸免治猪肉肋骨也非常美味。我们是周三来这里吃午饭的，我们在下午1:15左右到达这里，是不需要等位的，但是我听说周末这里排的队会很长。但是无论什么时候我都会愿意来这里排队等位子。
