Medusa bistro during the day and night, this is still a hotel, next to one of the city gates, there is a small post office, there are many cute kittens here! The small hotel is really thoughtful, very literary!

Delighted to find this place. Off the main drag, very full on a Sunday evening, with reasonable prices.  Recommended white wine (&euro;24 bottle) excellent.  Starter, main and coffee for three :&euro;137.  Good, medium-priced meal.

It is not surprising there were only 2 other tables taken. The glittery white decor is somehow cold, which sums up our experience of Competent but not friendly service. A bad feeling exacerbated by a &euro;17  cover charge that brought us no extras other than a miserly portion of oil to compliment the unexceptional bread - and no plate to eat it from

This restaurant was one of our faves in Taormina.  The view was outstanding, the food was upscale and delicious.  The wait staff was attentive even to the point of making sure we had a taxi to return to hotel.

Cute family run restaurant on a side street had yummy bruschetta, great pizza, and aperol spritz! After sight seeing around Taormina, it was nice to have a bit of reprieve at Shelter. Staff was friendly and spoke english!

Noisy kids party was abit off putting hence the the three score for ambience, shame really as we both enjoyed the food. The staff were very good also

Had a wonderful meal here last night. Couldn&rsquo;t fault it. Fabulous setting, great food &amp; drink and best service (attentive but not intrusive). Would definitely recommend.

Wow! What an amazing and gorgeous setting.  The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Definitely worth checking out when you come to Taormina.

Restaurant was beautiful and food excellent.The only little complaint I would have the meal was rushed as soon as you finished they bought the next course

A great restaurant with an incredible atmosphere.  The staff was super accommodating, quickly moving us inside when rain drops commenced.  The cooking quality is creative and features top notch ingredients.  The rack of lamb was quite exceptional. This is a must when in Taormina.

Very good service and lovely food. We had dish of the day, red snapper, and it was delicious. Excellent rose wine. Pretty garden setting with fairy lights. Definitely worth a visit.
