Fresh! Prepared several different ways - all delicious! Parking was easy to get to and service was fast and friendly!
A fast-food restaurant on the Big Island is basically similar to domestic box lunch. If you want to eat something, you choose it yourself. The price is not too expensive. Many dishes are spices, and the taste is not too familiar.
Small shop, there are always people in line, 2 people pick a big one small, basically all kinds of tastes to a little, okay, good food and cheap. Whole-life fish nuggets are quite delicious. Hawaiian rice is quite delicious, much more delicious than the rice elsewhere in the United States.
My wife and I ate here three times in our week in the area. We sampled all the poke and it was all great. Definitely recommend.
We stopped here for lunch after a morning of snorkeling and were very pleasantly suprised. The poke was fantastic! Great selection of poke types as well as side dishes. Fantastic find!
Love it! Not much to add to all the other reviews. Parking could be a problem as this place has become quite popular. And they share parking with the BBQ joint next door. I had the bowl with teriyaki octopus, house special poke with the spicy crab salad (not real crab but shredded surimi, nice though) and rice with seaweed garnish. Wife had the Wet Hawaiian and the avocado ahi, with rice and the seaweed. A nice mix of sweet and salty versions with the unmistakable ocean taste. All good! Really enjoyed it.
