瑞吉酒店位于天津海河边上，瑞吉吧在酒店一楼，推门出去就是海河岸边，天气暖和的时候可以坐在外面喝杯咖啡或者点一杯酒欣赏海河风景，或者是和友人聊天。这里也提供下午茶和西点，以及各种的酒品。
