Booked this hotel because we were on early morning departure flight on the next morning. Surprisingly, the hotel was located next to a huge mall with lots of good food options and a Walmart. The owner also arranged free transportation for us to airport at 6am the next morning. Great customer service.

Services at the reception by the boss ( wife and husband) were very warm and thoughtful. She showed us to the room and explained patiently. We like their good attitudes. The shuttle service was very punctual in the early morning about 0450hr. The service apt is located adjacent to a good shopping mall where we can shop and dine conveniently.

Very good hotel services. The owner goes all the way to provide help. Transfer to airport is free. The only issue i have is the air conditioner was not cool enough for the hot weather.
