Source of Halaha River

The Haraha River runs from southeast to northwest, and after injecting the lake Bell Lake, the river is returned to Hulun Lake, so it is called the "patriotic river". The river is the border river between China and Mongolia. It originated from the Songye Lake (Darbin Lake) on the north slope of the Ferris Mountain on the west side of Daxinganling. It flows through Rhododendron Lake. It is also gathered in tributaries such as Suhu River and Gurban River. The dry current flows from east to west through Irshi Town into Mongolia. It belongs to the Erguna water system. The area of the basin in China is 7,520 square kilometers.

The source of the Halaha River is located on the top of the Santanxia River in the Aershan Forest Park of Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is a small wetland composed of large virgin forests. The forest is very lush and the water quality is very good.
