At 10 o'clock, my friend and I went to the second rest point, in front of the Indian garden. We went down the mountain for 2 hours 30 minutes and up the mountain for 3 hours 30 minutes. The climb was a bit difficult but nothing that people who exercise can't take away. There are two drinking points and toilets on the road. I don’t think the trail is dangerous as it’s wide enough to provide tranquility. It was sunny and not too hot that day, but needed watering regularly. Our husband ventured out and walked to the end of the trail to reach the Colorado River. You should bring food, water, sunscreen, a hat, and it is important not to forget that sticks are also important.
