Zhuolonggou Holy Land

After leaving Bomi County, the mountain road is getting more and more rugged, with primitive dense forests on both sides, and it is located in Zhuolonggou, between several sacred mountains, where it is a place that is similar to curved arms, along the muddy path to the depths of the woods, all the way to hang the "tree burial area" of the Jingjing. Continue to go forward, the surrounding scenery is like a fairyland in the Wizard of Oz, light mist, beautiful.

Zhuolonggou, located in a virgin forest six kilometers south of Bomi County. Zhuolong means a holy place in Tibetan. Fortunately, when you come to Bomi, you must see it. The mountains of the scriptures, the flags on both sides of the road and the stone tablets engraved with scriptures on the roadside, look at people with a sense of solemnity and perhaps some mystery. When I went deep, I found that Zhuolonggou was actually a deep canyon. The canyon was full of towering trees. The two sides of the canyon were steep and towering peaks. The end of the canyon was the snowy mountains.

Zhuolonggou is located in a virgin forest about six kilometers south of Zhamu Town, Bomi County. It is a site specially used for tree burials for children under one year old and earth burials. The mountain road is steep and it is a gravel road. We packed a van with a higher base and went to the mountainside. Climb the mountain behind, there is only a small temple-style cabin.

Only Zhuolonggou has tree burial in the entire Tibetan area. Zhuolonggou is located between several mountain gods, is a place that is similar to the curved arm, and it is said that this is the place where Dorjepam tree buried children who were born under the age of one. Babies under the age of one have not done anything sinful or kind in the world, and it is hoped that children will thrive like trees after rotation; and many high-profile local monks will be buried there later. Although the innkeeper told me that it took about 5 hours to walk up the mountain before, what was unexpected was that in the whole process, except for a construction worker driving a jeep down the mountain, I didn’t meet any tourists. I was alone on the uneven dirt road. I can only take pictures while listening to the song. There are all kinds of scriptures hanging everywhere here. The scriptures are sacred religious relics in Tibetan areas. The Tibetan meaning is "Longda". The reason why they are called the scriptures is because the scriptures are printed on them. The scriptures that dance with the wind are fluttering and chanting once. After all, the tree burial area is a relatively secret place. After seeing the renovated Zhuolong Temple, there is a small road hanging on the left hand side, and Mashan enters the tree burial group in the virgin forest area. Unlike my previous imagination, I saw many plastic buckets on the tree rafts at first, thinking who was so bored to put this thing so high! Later, I saw that some small coffins with wooden nails were also placed like this, and I realized that the plastic buckets were actually containers for the bodies of children. Some small coffins may be a bit old, began to decay, the content is also a bit exposed, I think a little less courageous people can really can not stand, no wonder many people said to go to the tree burial group to visit the best to find a big sun day. TIPS1, from Bomi County to Zhuolong Temple and the tree burial group is a dirt road uphill all the way, the general car is impassable, only pickup trucks or off-road vehicles can go up. 2.
