The Rechamet Hotel Museum is a famous residence on the outskirts of Chambéry. Monet has lived here for a while. There are many exhibitions of the room layout at the time, as well as some replicas of Monet's works. A French pastoral farmhouse view is worth a visit.
LesCharmettes Meiju is located in the countryside on the southeast outskirts of Chambéry, a mansion built in the 16th century. Enlightenment thinker Rousseau and lover Mrs. Warren lived here in 1736-1742, the garden is full of flowers and vines. Open hours: Wednesday to Monday 10:00-12:00, 14:00-18:00. Free visit. It is a 25-minute walk from the train station.
