National Diaoshuihu Forest Park

Jilin Suspension Kettle National Forest Park is located in Shuangyang District, Changchun City, Jilin Province, with a total area of 4805.8 hectares. [1] The low mountain area of Jilin Suingkettle National Forest Park where Baishan District is Changbai Mountain has transitioned to the northeast plain, at an altitude of 711 meters (Shenlu Peak), belongs to the eastern medieval monsoon climate area, with a forest coverage rate of 64.37%. The vegetation has deciduous broad-leaved forests and shrubs. There are 94 families of wild vascular plants, 543 species, 22 variants, 5 subspecies, and wild vertebrates, 5 classes, 27 orders, 62 families, 177 species.[1] In December 2004, Jilin hanging kettle was approved as a national forest park.[1]

The National Suspension Kettle Forest Park scenic spot is based on caves, mountains, water, forests, peaks, caves, and stones. It is very suitable for outdoor oxygen exchange leisure sports in summer. It is a scenic spot close to nature.

The hanging kettle waterfall scenic spot is a 15-minute drive from Triangle Longwan, accompanied by Jinlong Dingzi Mountain. The hanging kettle waterfall is a waterfall formed by tension breakup after the volcanic eruption, about 10 meters wide, and 7 meters away. Even more unique is another water flow like a fountain, sprayed from the middle of the cliff, like the water in the teapot poured out of the spout, so locals call it “hanging kettle.”

On October 1st, my husband and I took the children to play. The cave was not bad. The ice cave was not in. The service staff said that it was slippery and not suitable for the children.
