Small shrine in Nishi Park
Tachikaeri Tenmangu is a small shrine in Nishi Park. To visit this shrine, you should step down instead of stepping up. It is maybe not common for Shinto shrine.

When I visited a nearby power spot, I visited because I was taking a walk. It was good that I was able to go sightseeing slowly because it was not a big Tenmangu shrine but a weekday. This is also recommended while taking a walk.

Since it is Tenmangu, it enshrines Sugawara no Michizane. The place where this Riki Tenmangu stands was once along Hakata Bay, where I prayed that the ships sailing from this place would return safely. It seems that many people worshiped during World War II in praying for "return".
