I visited in the morning of Saturday, February 17th. It's a laid-back and peaceful place, but I felt quiet and lonely. A magnificent Hina-sama was exhibited because the "Hitoyoshi Hina Festival" was being held. Viewing was free. Although the experience facility "Craft Park" is a magnificent building, most of the experience centers were closed.
