Charming and peaceful shrine.
I followed a review from Tipadvisor to find this place. Very impressed with two shrines which looks very old but how charming. And if you're looking for the tree that look just like the pregnant woman...
At the foot of Kagamiyama (Mirror Mountain) is Kagami shrine 神社 (jinja) which actually has two shrines set in a forest. When you enter to your right is a shrine which you approach first and the second...
I visited a shrine at the foot of Mt. Kagami because it is a power spot. I don't know the benefits because it is a child treasure, but I recommend it because it is a historic shrine.
The parking lot was about 150m away from the shrine. From the parking lot, go through the plum grove to the precincts of the shrine. There is a guide on the route to worship through the torii gate, and when you go through the torii gate, you can see guardian dogs on the left and right. It's not a familiar guardian dog, it's a tiger guardian dog, and the face is really a tiger! It's not a dog-based face, it's a cat-based face. Moreover, the guardian dog on the right has a sign while raising children. If you look closely, there is a small guardian dog between your feet! Cute and easy delivery god ...
I stopped by for sightseeing in Karatsu, not a mirror shrine at the top of Mt. Kagami. The parking lot is a little far away on foot 5. According to history, it is Ichinomiya. It is a shrine with a long history. When you enter the precincts, you will find a hall of worship on your right and in front of you. It was a quiet shrine with few people because it was midsummer morning.
