ＪＲ Tenmangu Shrine near the east exit of Kitakami Station. I found it when I took a walk near Kitakami Station in January. It is a small shrine with a red torii gate. There was also a brush mound in the precincts. It is said that a haiku poet dedicated the amount of haiku to improve haiku. It is １ one of the Kitakami landscape assets.
