What is it like a short red brick wall surrounded by fences on the road along the Katsura River on the way to Katsura Rikyu? When I approached it, I thought, and there was a commentary written next to it. It is a himon built to prevent flooding of the Katsura River. It is surrounded by Fuen on the road along the Katsura Gawa river.
