not much to say this is an olf fort looking over the bay. it is good nick. It sometimes serves as an art gallery and the occasional concert.
worth a visit if in the area
The fort is right on the water in a picturesque spot near Tamaris. the temporary exhibits are always interesting. An important structure in the history of Toulon and the "Bagne" prison

A pleasant small museum in the fort Balaguier, built by the incontournable Vauban to keep the Toulon invaders' rack.

Fermeture à 18h... On arrive à 17h15 (on voulait juste voir l'exposition). Le vendeur de billet est au milieu de la porte à enlever les cailloux de ses chaussures (tout est vrai!). On attend... Enfin,...
