Facing the "point of the angle" stretching out to the sea, a stone monument is located on the north side of the hot blood monument sculpture in the Lingaojiao Jiefang Park. "Lingao County is immobile cultural relics, liberating Hainan Island from the sea landing point." The choice of liberating Hainan Island to land at Linggaojiao was not an accident, but a proposal made to the 15th Regiment of the Fourth Field Army after a number of studies by the Qiongya District Committee of the Communist Party of China. Landing in combat, soldiers need to eat, rest in a base area, and the wounded and sick need rescue. All of these require support from the masses. Since the first Party members' meeting of the CPC Lingao County was held in May 1926 and the Party branch of the CPC Lingao County was established, the organizational construction of the Party of Lingao has developed better, and the revolutionary struggle has rich experience and a solid mass base. Another geographical reason is the sea area in the Lingaojiao area, the sea is shallow, and the beach is wide after low tide, suitable for landing wars.

In order to commemorate the landing of the liberation of Hainan, the Lingaojiao Liberation Park was built at the landing point, and the park has been designated as a provincial patriotic education base. In the battle, more than 880 people died heroically, and Huang Changxu, deputy commander of the 119th Division of the 40th Army, died in the hot land of Lingao. In order to remember the martyrs who died, in March 2008, we invested 360,000 yuan to build the memorial for the martyrs who died in the liberation of Hainan by the 40th Army, and was completed and unveiled in May. The monument was designed by Shenyang Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, and the design concept is composed of wooden boats, flags, waves and steps. The monument is in the shape of a ship, with a head on the front, and a fluttering flag on both sides. The overall idea is to cross the sea under the guidance of the battle flag, ride the wind and waves and bravely forward. On the right side of the Forty Army Martyrs Monument in Linggaojiao Jiefang Park, there is a 100-year lighthouse. The 100-year-old lighthouse at the west entrance of Qiongzhou Strait is the oldest lighthouse in Hainan and the only lighthouse in the country with more than 100 years of history. In 1997, the Hundred Years Lighthouse was listed on the World List of 100 historical cultural relics by the International Airmarkers Association, which is a famous international airmark. The 100-year lighthouse at Lingaojiao witnessed China's 100-year humiliation, with a deep historical and cultural heritage and patriotic education connotation.

Lingaojiao Jiefang Park covers an area of 86 mu, mainly divided into 4 areas, namely hot blood monument, Jiefang Hainan Lingaojiao landing memorial hall, 100-year lighthouse, 40 military martyrs monument. Enter the gate of the park, the left front is the Liberation Hainan Lingaojiao Landing Memorial Hall, the memorial hall on the forehead of the book "Liberation Hainan Island Duhai Battle Memorial Hall".
