It's easier to understand if you can.

It is located in a corner of the park. You have to walk a little from the parking lot. The tour is free. Since it was the end of the year, a volunteer was cleaning it. He also guided me. Junior high school students are studying in a large room, and it seems to be a place where local children gather. Maybe you can interact with the local people.
It is the last wooden house on Tanegashima Island and is designated as an important cultural property.

It is the oldest wooden house in Tanegashima, a nationally designated important Toshi family property. There is no parking lot nearby and you have to park your car a little far away and walk, but it's not that bitter because the road is also a park. It's a good idea to go sightseeing (worship) together because it's close to Sakai Shrine where you can park your car.
It is right next to Sakai Shrine, where Japan's best sotetsu is located. Park your car in the parking lot and walk 1 minutes. Admission is free. There was also an automatic guide machine, but when I visited, the guide was waiting for me to explain the house and guide the plants in the garden. You can also hear the customs of Tanegashima, so we recommend visiting at the beginning of your trip.

It is said to be the oldest existing house in Tanegashima, the house of the Furuichi family who served the owner of the island, Mr. Tanegashima. The inside was free of charge, and the explanation was quite interesting because it was a system in which the explanation flows by turning the handle by itself, storing electricity, and storing electricity.
I went to May 2017. It was still early, so I only saw the exterior before the opening time. It is an old house in a beautifully maintained park in Nakatanega Town. The park had a Sunday morning market and was very crowded with locals.

It's a mansion from the Edo period.
