Croatia is a country located at the intersection of Central Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Balkans. It looks like a crescent moon on the map. Croatia has a long coastline, the longest among the Balkan countries, with beautiful scenery along the way; it has over 1185 islands, earning it the nickname 'Country of a Thousand Islands'. The most famous is Plitvice Lakes, where 16 natural lakes are connected, with a large amount of calcium carbonate limestone deposits in the lakes, presenting green, gray, blue, etc., forming an ultimate natural landscape.

Speaking of Croatia, one must first mention Dubrovnik, also known as 'King's Landing' in the famous 'Game of Thrones'. Even if you're not a fan of the show, it's more customary to call it King's Landing, as it seems to show the grandeur of this ancient city.
Arrived 8am in the morning and get to enjoy the park before the crowd arrive . Recommended to stay the hotel beside the park which is less than 10 minutes walk
Plitvice Lakes National Park was the first national park in Croatia and was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1979. The park is divided into two districts, the Upper Lakes and Lower Lakes, and consists of 16 interconnected lakes and waterfalls of various sizes. The scenery is breathtaking. 🖼️‼️Please check the weather conditions before your visit. Sometimes part of Upper Lake will close due to poor weather conditions‼️
It's a beautiful place than I imagined. It rained so much that I couldn't go to the upper lake on the second day, but... Fortunately, I don't know how lucky I was to see all the lakes on the first day.
Jiuzhaigou in Europe is really well-deserved, but if there are no people who have been to Jiuzhaigou to go to 16 Lakes, it should still feel good. The whole trip was not very tired, the ferry and shuttle bus were good.

The beautiful Pritvice is divided into the Upper Lake District and the Lower Lake District. There are shuttle buses and shuttle boats in series. It takes two days to visit the Upper Lake District and the Lower Lake District carefully. Hiking in the Lake District, from time to time, there are little geese poking out, cute and looking at you, and then fleeing again.
