＂ Haishen Temple ＂ is located 300 meters west of the old Longtou of Shanhaiguan City, Qinhuangdao City. It was built in the early Ming Dynasty and was established by people who went out to sea in ancient times to worship the sea god and bless peace. In 1900, the eight-country coalition forces invaded Shanhaiguan, and the sea temple was destroyed in the fire. In 1988, the building of the Haishen Temple was restored according to its original appearance. After the reconstruction, the Haishen Temple reached 124 meters into the sea and sat south to north. It was composed of archway, Sankong Bridge, Shanmen, Haishen Temple, Gallery, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Tianhou Palace, Zhanqiao, Guanhai Pavilion and other parts. The sea god temple is Feng Haishen, and the heavenly queen palace is Feng Mazu (Tianhou Niang). After the restoration of the sea temple pavilions, the heights and lows are scattered, surrounded by water on three sides, and the blue sea is in harmony. Whenever the clouds and mist are lingering, they are hidden and appearing, like a Pazhou wonderland.

Every coastal city will have a Mazu Sea Temple, and there is also such a Mazu Temple in the old Longtou Scenic Area of Shanhaiguan. Building by the sea and connecting with the sea is very imposing, the scenery is excellent, and a very good attraction.

The Haishen Temple is located at the end of the Laolongtou Scenic Area, which is the exit. It is not a turn back road. The turn back road has to be detoured far. There are many statues in the temple. Military use should be extra civilian.
