Depressing Center

This place is quite depressiing. It is fenced off and the construction seems suspended. Lots of drugged-out kids around as well as drifters, so it does not feel safe. Avoid this area.

The Sad Plaza is Empty

Well I walked past it again and noted that it is now very sad and very deserted. So at this point I just don't recommend it. In fact, avoid this sad downtown plaza and go somewhere else.
