Museo Nazionale Romano, Crypta Balbi

It is also a site park similar to underground cave reconstruction. Most of the excavated exhibits here are well protected (in glass windows). The road through the cave like a wine cellar is not much decorated, just like a simple construction site sidewalk. Walking on the road and looking at the history of more than 2000 years ago is also a great experience.

The museum is relatively new and its staff are very helpful.
