是普照禅寺中其中的一个建筑，位于进寺正门后的右侧。由于普照寺依山而建，从正门到大雄宝殿需要拾级而上，两层高的财神殿正好处在承上启下的位置，殿的下层正在装修，与上层并不相通。而在弥勒殿前的平台回望财神殿正面，天工大佛所在岩石正好处于殿的左方，有种处于安详佛境中的感觉。
