    Quite remote

    Interesting to see the ruins of the cathedral, the surrounding beautiful houses and the church set in a picturesque landscape. Nothing else here other than WCs so take what you need with you

    Worthwhile Stop

    The church is about a 15-minute drive from downtown Torshavn. We saw the ruins of the current church and the remains of the old one. Our visit became more relevant when we went to the Faroe Islands ...

    Lovely hike to Kirkjubour.

    Great hike from Torsvahn. Beautiful views despite cloud cover. We're happy to have trekking poles for somewhat steep drop into Kirkjubour.
