Sazareishi
Original Text
It is a shrine where the Tendo Oda family enshrined their ancestors, Oda Nobunaga. It is located on the mountains on the west side of Tendo Park, about a 10-minute walk from JR Tendo Station. In the precincts, there was a stone monument of Sazareishi and Kimigashiro.
If I was eating bird Chinese food at Mizumiya soba, it seems that this shrine enshrines Oda Nobunaga, and I visited after seeing a poster that the festival will be held in the 150th year of its founding (mid-October). I was guided to the east side of the shrine by the car navigation system, and I couldn't know where it was, and when I turned west, the road was opened and there was a parking lot. It's not particularly noticeable, but it's ... from the atmosphere that stands at the end of the stairs, coupled with being told that Oda Nobunaga was enshrined.
If you go here, you can see the history of the Tendo Oda clan. The priest will tell you carefully. There is a parking lot above, but if you walk from the torii gate, you will find 122 steps.
It is a shrine that enshrines the ancestor of the Tendo Oda domain, Nobunaga Oda. Located on the hillside of Mt. Maizuru, it creates a good atmosphere as it is.
It's amazing to see a shrine enshrining Oda Nobunaga in Tohoku! !!

A shrine in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture. It is located at the foot of Tendo Park, which consists of the Maizuru Mountain area. I didn't know that the Tendo clan, which governed the area, was the Oda family. The Tendo domain is a descendant of Nobuo Oda, the second son of Nobunaga, and is a descendant of Oda Nobunaga, who was the founder of Nobuyoshi, the fourth son of Nobuo. Since hidenobu joined the Western army in the battle of Sekigahara, the main line of the ODA family was interrupted, but after that, the blood of the ODA family was connected strongly, and during the Meiji Restoration, the tendo ODA domain sided with the government army (new government army) ...
