For friends who like watches, Seiko Museum is a very good place to learn more about the history and evolution of watches and to understand the story of the brand. Now the museum has moved back to the founding store Ginza from Sumida District!
Seiko Museum walks from east to island station for about eight minutes. The fee is free. The collection is about mechanical watches from the Edo period in the Middle Ages. However, they need to be booked. When visiting, small gifts can be obtained by filling out questionnaires. Seiko watches sold in gift shops are cheaper.
A major feature of Seiko Museum is that besides showing the development history of Seiko enterprises and products, it also shows the evolution history of human timing and the development history of traditional Japanese clocks and watches in the form of objects.
