A finely crafted Tempura in town, Yukimura

#cherryblossom2024 Walking around the streets at Shiodome area from the hotel, I came across this nice little traditional Tempura Shop called Yukimura, where it specializes in delivering tempuras upon ordering, serving them individually piping hot. I ordered the Tempura Moriawase set dinner with an add on of seasonal fish, and this is one of the best tempura that I ever had. Each item is prepared delicately by the chef using the freshest ingredients and they are served with a nice plating in front of you, showing the attitude of the craftmen attitude even towards the simplest dish of Tempura. I have also found out this restaurant is rated under the Michelin Guide which truly serve up to its name. I will definitely come again for this wonderful Tempura.
