From my house, drive ２０ minutes. From National Highway ６ to the narrow 1.5 lane on the embankment along the Kokai River, and as soon as you go down under the embankment, you will find this memorial hall. The building itself was a simple wooden structure that rebuilt its birthplace, and although there are few exhibits, it was a memorial hall enough to feel the historical achievements of the expedition to Sakhalin such as the Mamiya Strait.
