Gao Guizi Mansion, also known as Gao Mansion, is one of the eight former sites of Xi'an Incident, located at No. 83 Jianguo Road, Beilin District, Xi'an City, separated from Zhang Xueliang Mansion, and is now the seat of Shaanxi Writers Association. Gao Guizi Mansion was built in 1933, the mansion of General Gao Guizi, the 80th Army of the National Revolutionary Army. After the outbreak of the Xi'an Incident in 1936, Chiang Kai-shek first lived in the Huanglou of the New Town, and was moved to Gao Guizi Mansion two days later. In Gao Mansion, six agreements were reached to stop the civil war.
