I really recommend this one-bedroom boutique homestay in Xi'an

This might be the most cost-effective homestay I have stayed in so far! It's a new house opened in 2022💁🏻‍♀️ Quite niche, when booking through a certain platform, it's listed quite far back. There aren't many reviews, but I went with a try-and-see attitude. It's really suitable for long-term rental, so complete that you can move in with just a suitcase🛍️ 🔹【Room Type】 50 square meters large room, one bedroom, one living room, and one bathroom. There's also a kitchen🥢 and a balcony. I even think it could be rented as one's own little family👨‍👩‍👦. 🔹【Room Facilities】 Large projector, sofa🛋️, dining table, washing machine, refrigerator, water heater, Electric kettle, medicine box💊, gas stove, one big pot and one small pot, Bowls, cutting boards, spatulas, knives🍽️, various seasonings, range hood, Toolbox🧰 (bottle opener, screws, tape, lighter, mosquito coil), Two air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), heating🔥, Portable big bag, umbrella☂️, shoe cabinet, wardrobe... 🔹【Surroundings】 300 meters from the Wulukou subway station🚉 of Line 1 and Line 4. Located within the Minle Garden pedestrian street, next to Wanda Plaza. The pedestrian street turns into a night market in the evening, with lots of delicious food🍗. The parking lot🅿️ is an underground garage, 3💰 per hour. 20 minutes from the Tang Paradise and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, 10 minutes from the Muslim Street and the Bell Tower, 10 minutes from Xi'an Railway Station🚄 and 30 minutes from Xi'an North Railway Station. 🔸It's a new homestay opened by a young lady, with excellent service and many room types.
