There is a quiet attraction in Dongguan Street in Xining City, why is it quiet? Because except for a few aunts dancing at the door, there is no tourist inside. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, especially in the middle and late Qing Dynasty, Jin merchants in Shanxi once popularized the world, leading the commercial development of the country, and also built many mountain and shaanxi clubs across the country as the local Jin merchants' activity venues. Xining Shanshan Hall was built in 1888 (Qingguangxu 14 years), in front of the hall there is a square, blue stone slabs, brick walls on both sides, brick carvings, characters flowers, the essence of art is amazing; the north of the square is the mountain gate, hanging the Kuomintang elder Mr. Youren book "Shanshan Hall" Daxu. The largest building inside is the Guandi Palace, which is a must-have building for most Shanshan Halls, reflecting the belief of Jin merchants in Guan Lao, a fellow, and hope that Guan Lao will bless. Xining's Shanshan Hall is not big, it is very suitable for eating in Mojia Street and other places, taking a walk and eating away.

Shanshan Hall is located in Xinglong Lane, east of Yinma Street, Chengzhong District, Xining City. It is a relatively large and distinctive ancient building in Xining City. It is recorded that the merchants of Shanxi and Shaanxi began to venture into the Republic of China during the Qing Qianlong years, be honest and trustworthy, and treat people kindly.

Shanshan Hall was built in Guangxu in 26 years (1900 AD) from the outer east gate, when the Chamber of Commerce was built for Shanxi and Shaanxi merchants in Qing. The building layout is north and south, and the main buildings are composed of mountain gates, opera houses, east and west wing rooms, Xiangting Hall, Guandi Temple, Sanyi Building, Corner Building, and the Temple of Wealth. There are first Shanshan Hall, and then Xining City. There are historical cultural relics exhibitions on the first and second floors of the east and west wing buildings.
