Small shrine at end of canal in Yanagawa Ohana pier
Really very small ... but makes for some cool pictures especially if you incorporate parts of the architecture with pictures of the canal and willow trees
Whoever has the time and muses to get a little distance from "tourist stress", maybe also want to watch typical Japanese country life, and not even with many tourists you...
Sichuan Xia りの Disembarkation yard near くに Town Block
Original Text
It is enshrined on the opposite bank of the disembarkation along the Yanagawa River. Built in 1869 by soliciting Suitengu in Kurume. The deity is Emperor Antoku. The shrine is covered with wooden copper plates. The wood used is new, so it must have been repaired in recent years.
It was Suitengu along the moat at the offshore edge. For the time being, there was a stone torii gate and a short approach, so it was a place like a local shrine. It will be on the other side of the moat from the tourist information center. There was a big enoki tree beside the Chozuya.
It's a beautiful little shrine next to the digging.

After enjoying the river downhill, we had Yanagawa's specialty eel steamed, and we were strolling along a very beautiful digging, where the weeping willow branches swayed faintly. Next to the excavation, I found a small shrine. That was Okibata Suitengu.
