Kiyomizu-dera Temple

One of the oldest temples in Kyoto, built in 778, was listed as a World Heritage Site in 1994. Sakura can be seen in spring, and red maple can be seen in autumn. The clear water stage in the temple is supported by 139 large pillars overlooking Kyoto. A must-visit to Kyoto. The combination of historic streets, traditional wooden machiya houses, and the vibrant autumn foliage created a magical atmosphere. Walking through Hanamikoji Street felt like stepping back in time, with the occasional sighting of elegantly dressed maiko adding to the charm.


