This time, I stayed at this apartment for my trip to Chongli, and the overall experience was great. The hotel is located near Genting Hotel, making it very convenient for getting around. The surrounding scenery is expansive, and the air in the mountains is exceptionally good. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the sound insulation was quite good. There's a significant temperature difference between day and night in the mountains, but the room heating was powerful, so it was very warm at night. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the service was enthusiastic. Parking was also convenient, making it very hassle-free for those driving. This place is perfect for a vacation in Chongli, and I'll choose it again next time I visit.

Service was excellent! Front desk assistant Xue Mingxia helped us extend our check-out time until 2 PM. That was incredibly thoughtful, especially during the hot summer. It was great to stay at such a value-for-money hotel in Chongli for a summer escape.

Exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, right in the Wanda business district, and directly below is the Train Head Pedestrian Street, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. The room has a sophisticated Wabi-sabi style, clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding for a great night's sleep. It features full smart voice control, a starry sky ceiling, a giant projection screen, and a separate bathtub, creating an amazing ambiance. The service is attentive, and the disposable amenities are clean and hygienic. The value for money is outstanding—a must-stay when visiting Shijiazhuang!

The hotel was good , I have nothing to say but I can give them five star the place is clean , quite it’s a five star everything was perfect, Chinese restaurant and supermarket are in the first floor very convenient KFC, MC DONALD PIZZA HUT are are around one minute away from the apartment. The hotel is nice the style of building is nice , interior design is the best . I like there worker /customer service is 100% 希际LOFTj精品民宿 . I can recommend any one to go it’s a very nice place . After 3 days of stay I extended one day to another room was nice too ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹

We happened to be there when a sports team was staying, so the resort was lively with young, energetic faces. Even though we were assigned to the furthest building, after a friendly chat, we understood there were no other rooms available. The manager was incredibly helpful. In the evening, there was a children's play that the kids absolutely loved. I highly recommend the alpine coaster! Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the complimentary tickets to Cuiyun Mountain Scenic Area that the hotel provided, but we'll definitely go back next time.

The room had really everything. It was like a little apartment and not a ordinary hotel. Really a nice surprise. The staff was friendly, also towards foreigners which is to be very appreciated. Location is very nice, parking for free, all shops and restaurants located around. To ski resort - 10 minutes drive. For this price - best bargain! Will definitely come back again! Thank you!

The owner was very nice. I contacted the owner beforehand because I was bringing my cat, and they were very friendly [grinning face]. It's also because our cat is quite well-behaved, so we were confident in our abilities. Staying here is really convenient. There are many Hanfu (traditional Han clothing) stylists outside the reception [winking face]. Usually, hotels would recommend a friend or family member in such situations, but the owner was so sweet and told me to ask around at different places, as their prices were all about the same, and whoever was cheaper was the best. So honest! A big thumbs up to the owner! [grinning face] The room was large and nice. Oh, and thank you for upgrading my room. I'll definitely come back this summer!

Hygiene: clean and tidy, disposable slippers and sandals for men and women are provided, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soaps, razors are all available, large and small towels are white and fragrant, and the hygiene is cleaned every day. Environment: Transparent and bright, quiet and good for sleep. Service: The boss is warm and thoughtful, affable, responsive to all requests, and has excellent character! Mineral water, paper, etc. are all supplied without any complaints! It’s so happy to feel at home like this! Looking forward to staying again!

Five-star review! The Genting Prince Apartment's cozy family suite was an excellent stay, especially perfect for family trips. The room featured two 1.8m large beds, offering ample space for a family of four without feeling cramped. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom was equipped with a universal faucet, making washing up and cleaning vegetables incredibly convenient and practical. All windows in the apartment had mosquito screens installed, so we could open them for ventilation in the summer without worrying about bugs—a very thoughtful detail. Disposable toothbrushes, as well as bathing and personal care products, were all provided and clean, so we didn't need to bring our own. The apartment environment was quiet and tidy, with complete facilities. It's definitely our top choice for accommodation when traveling and sightseeing. We'll be staying here again next time we visit Chongli.
