This is my first time staying at such a stylish hotel! The decor is incredibly chic, the room gets fantastic natural light, and the bed is just the right firmness – I fell asleep instantly. The staff were super attentive and the overall cleanliness was excellent, with great facilities. They even upgraded my room without me asking. Even the slippers were more comfortable than those in other well-known brands I've stayed at. Definitely a five-star review!

The room was fantastic, very clean, and came with all the necessary toiletries, plus a fridge and washing machine. The location is absolutely perfect; from the window, you get a panoramic view of Venice Water Town. Step out, and to the right is the Water Town, while to the left is the Donggang Original Point Square night market. It’s also just a few minutes' walk to Hai Zhi Yun Square to see the fountains. The owner is really down-to-earth and incredibly responsive to any requests.

Extremely satisfied with this stay! The room was very spacious, a full 60 square meters, with a living room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very soft. Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, making it truly value for money. I will definitely be back!

The location is excellent, right in the city center, only about 200m from the subway station, making public transport very convenient. We drove, and while there are many free street parking spaces, they are incredibly difficult to find. Alternatively, there's an underground parking lot in the mall downstairs, which costs 5 yuan per hour with no daily maximum charge. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk was quick to respond to any requests. However, the bathroom being located upstairs was a bit inconvenient for quick tasks like washing hands or fruit after coming back from outside. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable and unpleasant sewage smell.

Facilities: Well-equipped, with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, and other appliances all in good working order and easy to use. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned on time daily and promptly replaced towels and other items. Environment: The hotel is located opposite Donggang Venice Water Town, close to the seaside. You can enjoy beautiful night views of the sea right from your room. Service: Someone accompanied us during check-in, provided a detailed hotel introduction, and informed us of important notices. They answered all our questions thoroughly and attentively. It was a very satisfying trip!

The guesthouse is conveniently located near the subway station and the beach. There are many restaurants downstairs, offering a wide selection of breakfast and late-night snacks. The room has a window overlooking the building across the street. The room has basic amenities, the mattress is a bit firm, and overall it's quite clean and odor-free, although there were small insects crawling along the walls, possibly due to renovations in nearby buildings. Luggage storage is available free of charge; for cleaning or resupply, simply message the owner.

The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the facilities were comprehensive. The shower pressure and temperature control were especially excellent, washing away a day's fatigue. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby, making getting around super easy. I particularly want to commend the room service, which was prompt and attentive to detail. The breakfast selection was rich and tasted great! Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations. I previously stayed at Somerset Dalian Development Zone and had a fantastic experience. It's quite rare to find a serviced apartment hotel in a provincial capital, especially one with a two-bedroom suite over 100 square meters, near a bustling commercial area and right next to a high-speed train station. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with bedding and tableware). The two bedrooms are also spaced apart, providing independent and undisturbed resting spaces for two generations, while still feeling like home. The hotel offers a private cinema, a kids' club, a gym, a billiards room, a golf simulator, a relaxation terrace, meeting rooms, a spa, and more. What's particularly thoughtful and convenient is the extended self-service breakfast hours, catering to different breakfast schedules. You can rest, work, and entertain without leaving the hotel. The location is right next to a busy commercial hub. The service, from the restaurant to the guest rooms and front desk, is impeccable – warm and attentive. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Shenyang. Just a few minor suggestions: The navigation location isn't very accurate. The hotel entrance isn't very noticeable. The interior design of the terrace is great, but the external view is a bit contrasting and the air quality isn't the best. I hope these can be improved to make the experience even better.

Staying at Fraser Suites Dalian was an absolutely fantastic experience! The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and efficient during check-in, and very helpful in guiding me around. The room itself was clean, tidy, and much more spacious than a typical hotel room, with all the home comforts you could ask for. I really have to commend the housekeeping team – they were so thorough with their cleaning, and always spoke softly when entering the room. When I needed extra amenities last minute, they were delivered to my door very quickly. You can really feel their dedication in every detail. My entire stay was comfortable and reassuring. From the front office to housekeeping, all the staff were incredibly reliable. This is definitely a hotel I'd return to when I'm back in Dalian.

Location Advantages: Very close to Xinghai Square and the cross-sea bridge. There are two supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy whatever you need. Transportation: Very close to the subway station. When I was researching, I was worried that Dalian wouldn't have shared bikes, but taxis are incredibly cheap there, so I don't have to ride a bike anymore! Environment and Cleanliness: The room was very clean! The photos and pictures provided by the hotel are almost identical! Front Desk Customer Service: Professional, friendly, and responsive. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room, which felt very lucky.
